Supported the financing and execution of a residential acquisition represented by Keller Williams Hollywood Hills, involving multiple layers of underwriting, valuation, and property-related complexities that required active coordination among all transaction stakeholders.
The borrower utilized a bank statement financing program due to the nature of their self-employed income structure, requiring additional review and strategic positioning throughout the lending process. During escrow, the transaction encountered several challenges, including an appraisal that came in below the contract price, a structural issue identified during inspections, and documentation deficiencies related to an existing solar system.
Working alongside the borrower, agents, lending professionals, and escrow teams, I assisted in maintaining transaction momentum while helping coordinate solutions across multiple issues that emerged throughout the process. Through collaborative problem-solving and disciplined execution, the parties were able to successfully renegotiate terms, preserve the transaction, and reach a mutually beneficial outcome.
Despite numerous obstacles, the transaction closed successfully within the contractual timeline.
